DVN is the DaVita Way of showing how we care for one another with the same intensity that we care for our patients.

HOW IT WORKS

DaVita Village Network (DVN)

One-half of every approved DVN grant is paid by the company, and half by voluntary teammate contributions.
A $2,000 grant consists of $1,000 in teammate contributions and $1,000 in DaVita dollars.

That’s a true example of “One for All and All for One”
— pooling our resources to help a fellow teammate in need.
